Can I download easting, northing and elevations for points along objects e.g. roads

I can download 2D topographical data (i.e. with E,N co-ordinates) and I can also download terrain-5-dtm data (with E,N,Z co-ordinates. But I dont seem to be able to download topographical data with elevations? Can anyone point me in the right direction?
