Is it possible to order the whole dataset(os building height) for my project?

is there any fast way to get the whole os building height(alpha) in England and Wales? I am a PhD students in UCL and my research is about the house price in England and Wales.
I am working on analysis relationship between house height, footprint area and plot area based on the land price paid data from Land Registry,but the limit of Building Heights (Alpha) data in your digimap website is 20 tiles per order, it means it will a huge job to download the whole part in England and Wales. As I got the whole footprint data from you team, I am wondering can I get the whole footprint of OS Building Heights (Alpha) data directly again?
