What would prevent Digimaps from loading

Hi,
 
I’m supporting a school that has purchased Digimaps, and while it loads normally on the majority of computers there are three where it hangs on a Loading… screen after login. All the computers have identical software deployments for things like Flash and Shockwave powered by GPOs. 
Is there a specific runtime environment or something that I need for this software to run?
